Before you read the guidelines, please note: 

1. Our Cash Flow Facility provides secured loans against distribution guarantees or licence fees from distributors, broadcasters, sales agents or game publishers and/or the Producer Offset. Up to the stated limit, applicants may apply to both Cash Flow Facility for Producer Offset and Cash Flow Facility for Distribution Guarantees or Licence Fees.
   
   
2. The Cash Flow Facility Producer Offset guidelines won't tell you how to access or define the terms of the Producer Offset.  The Producer Offset is administered by Screen Australia, so you will find all the information you need on the Screen Australia website at http://www.screenaustralia.gov.au/producer_offset/
   
3. Our Cash Flow Facility for the Producer Offset is only available to producers who have received a Provisional Certificate for the Producer Offset from Screen Australia.
   
   
4. The Producer Offset is one of the three incentives forming the Australian Screen Production Incentives (ASPI), established in Division 376 of the Income Tax Assessment Act (1997).
   
   
5. The two other incentives available under ASPI are the Location Offset and the Post, Digital, Visual Effects (PDV) Offset which are administered by the Australian Government's Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts.  For information about these, see http://www.arts.gov.au/film/australian_screen_production_incentive
   
   
6. Please read our detailed guidelines carefully to check your eligibility for access to our Cash Flow Facility.  There are separate guidelines for Cash Flow of the Producer Offset and Cash Flow of Distribution Guarantees or Licence Fees.
