Program name International Festival Support

Overview

Victorian directors and producers can apply to attend approved festivals where their project/s have been invited to screen. They will have the opportunity to forge critical overseas networks, build international profiles and maximise sales and finance opportunities.

Who is it for?

Producers, directors or in exceptional circumstances, principal cast, writers or heads of departments

Funds available

Up to $5,000 for one person
Up to $9,000 for a team

Deadlines

Applications will be accepted throughout the year. Film Victoria will wait until the full festival program is announced so that it can consider all the applications in one competitive round for each festival. Refer to the approved festivals list on our website for details of those dates. Applications must be submitted within three working days of festival selection and no later than two weeks from the beginning of the festival.
