Provides funding to narrative or factual feature films, television, online and mobile phone projects that demonstrate originality, marketability and quality.

Producers who do not qualify for the Producer Offset.

Approximately 3 - 10% of project budget for a feature film, television, online and mobile phone projects(excluding games). Film Victoria may consider investing a higher percentage of the budget in some productions, most commonly, factual projects.

Six per year.

The 2009 deadlines for this program are as follows:

30 October 2009 (Meeting Date - 15 December 2009)
8 January 2010 (Meeting Date - 23 February 2010)
5 March 2010 (Meeting Date - 27 April 2010)
7 May 2010 (Meeting Date - 29 June 2010)

Please note that late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Should you have any concerns regarding your application, you must contact the Program Manager no later than 2 working days prior to the deadline date.
