Play Now Melbourne is Australia's pre-eminent games market. As part of Melbourne International Games Week, Play Now Melbourne was held on 5 October 2023 at the State Library of Victoria. It featured an impressive line-up of leading international and local publishers, platform holders and investors, hearing pitches from more than 40 projects from across Australia. Sony PlayStation, Devolver Digital, Massive Monster, Fellow Traveller, Ultra Players, Team 17, Raw Fury, Akupara Games and Shueisha Games have now joined Meta, Landfall Games and Kepler Interactive to search for the next big games to come out of Australia.
