Our Industry Awards

Industry achievement goes well beyond annual economic output results. In recognition of this we honour talented Victorian screen professionals through four annual awards.

The Victorian Screen Leaders Awards

The inaugural Victorian Screen Leaders Awards were established in 2012 to acknowledge Victorian screen practitioners who have been inspirational, passionate leaders with a long-term commitment to developing our industry.

The awards are named in honour of film and TV producer Jill Robb and creative arts advocate John Howie, two inspiring leaders in Film Victoria’s history who have been significant supporters of the Victorian screen industry.

The Inaugural recipients of the Jill Robb and John Howie Awards were unveiled at an industry event on 11 October 2012.
