Indigenous Initiatives - Production Placements Register

We're establishing a register for Victorian Indigenous screen practitioners who'd like to be considered for a production placement on a project that has received our support.

If you'd like to be considered for inclusion on this register in the first round, you need to apply by 24 February 2012. Guidelines and the application form are on this page.

Under our Production Investment funding strand, projects with a budget of $750,000 or more are required to budget for a placement for an Indigenous practitioner.

When production companies start looking for someone to fulfil a placement, we will use this register to provide names of Indigenous practitioners for their consideration.

The kinds of roles that can be undertaken are extremely varied - refer to our Production Roles and Departments Guide (287KB) for examples of screen industry roles that may come up.
