Acquitting Your Screen Engagement Funding

Successful applicants to Screen Engagement will be required to enter into a contract with us. In this contract we'll specify what you'll need to deliver to us to receive your grant payments.

Individuals, screen organisations and event organisers for both Audience Access (previously Public Screen Engagement)and Regional Access (previously Regional Screen) will be required to submit the deliverables as per contractually agreed;

• Screen Engagement Acquittal Report Template (227.5KB)
• Screen Engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Template (141.5KB)
• Narrative report on activity
• Detailed SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis of activity
• Audience feedback data and analysis
• Financial report with details of (cash and in-kind) expenditure against budget and notes on variations greater than 10%
• Marketing and publicity report
